Deliveries
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, you will normally receive it in 3-5 working days.

Payment
Drdenim.ca offers payment through Shopify Payment. No fees or surcharges apply.

Withdrawal of order, returns & exchanges

You may return your products within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. Note that all items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. To return an item, please reach out to cs@drdenimcanada.com with your order number, your name, and what items you'd like to return.

Approved returns or claims will be refunded within 30 calendar days of receipt, assuming you have provided us with complete and correct information about your purchase. At the moment we are not able to exchange your return for another item and all approved returns are automatically refunded.

No additional fee will be charged in case of return, but please note that the cost for the return shipping will be collected from your original shipping cost. If there's a free shipping campaign, the return fee will be the same price as original shipping cost.

Claims & faulty items

If there’s a problem with your item, please get in touch with us within a reasonable time frame. Please note that we cover items which are inherently faulty but not faults which arise as a result of natural/expected wear & tear.

In case of dispute, is generally utilized to resolve the dispute.

Refunds

Sale products are final sale and not eligible for refund and exchange. You can cancel your order if it is not shipped out.

Order & order confirmation

As soon as we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at the time of order placement. Please check your order confirmation immediately and ensure that all details are correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation, or if anything is unclear or appears incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Save your order confirmation for future reference in case you need to contact us regarding your order.

Pricing adjustments, sales and offers

We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors and adjust prices in case of exchange rate fluctuations which make listed prices incorrect. We reserve the right to make running adjustments to prices and cancel products and/or orders in case stock of particular products is sold out. Periodic sales and/or campaign offers are valid unless otherwise stated as long as the item is available in stock and/or until the end date is reached under the terms specified in each offer or campaign.

Deliveries

At this time, all orders are shipped via Canada Post ground. 

We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, the delivery time is normally 3-5 working days. Please note that in the event that you change your mind and wish to return your items or cancel the order, you need to pick up the parcel from your service point and follow our regular return process in order to avoid charges. For further details about the return process, see our Return and Withdrawal Policy. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions concerning deliveries. We reserve the right to remove items.

RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Terms

You may return or cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. You are entitled to return your goods for a refund provided the return is approved. After the 14-day period, drdenim.ca cannot accept cancellations or notifications of return of goods. Your right to return items requires such items to be in pristine original and unused condition. All original labels must remain in place where they were when the items left our warehouse. Drdenim.ca reserves the right to make deductions due to decreased value of an item.

The customer covers the return freight charges for your return if you wish to make use of your right to return goods.

The risk of lost or damaged goods is transferred from the customer to Drdenim.ca once the parcel has been handed to the forwarder AND receipt with a traceable tracking number is received by Drdenim.ca. Make sure that you save your receipt until the items reach our warehouse in case of lost or damaged goods.
